2. Scope

This policy explains how we process personal data under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. If you apply from Ireland, we also take account of the EU GDPR where it applies to that application.

3. Data we collect

• Identity: first name, last name
• Contact: email address, telephone number
• Application: city, role applied for, any message you include
• Technical data that your browser may send (for example IP address and user agent) if our host logs it

4. Why we use the data

We use application data to review your enquiry and to contact you about a listed vacancy. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR (steps at your request before a contract) and, where needed, Article 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry you sent).

5. How long we keep it

Unsuccessful applications are kept for up to 12 months so we can answer follow-up questions, then deleted or anonymised unless the law requires a longer period. If you take a role, relevant details may be kept for the length of that engagement and any statutory retention period.

6. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We may share what is needed with a hosting or email provider that processes data on our instructions, or with a hiring team if your profile is put forward for a specific listing. We do not use the application form to run advertising profiles.

7. International transfers

If a processor stores data outside the UK, we look for an adequacy regulation or appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. No website can guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, or portability where those rights apply. Write to [email protected]. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

10. Cookies

This static site does not set advertising cookies. The host may create essential logs needed to deliver the pages.
